Thought-Feeling Practices

introduction to Feelfulness

The true power of Thought-Feelings® lies in experiencing them on a deeper, more embodied level rather than just understanding them intellectually.

When you practice Thought-Feelings® experientially, you engage your mind, emotions, and body, allowing for profound shifts in your internal state.

This practice goes beyond mere concepts—it transforms the way you respond to and engage with the world, helping you generate authentic emotional states by choice.

The secret to lasting change and personal mastery is in this immersive, lived experience, where thought and feeling become seamlessly aligned.

Introductory Thought-Feeling practices teaching you how to Generate a State as deliberate practice.

The Higher Mind is the part of the human mind that is capable of transcending the animal instinct thus transcending not only stress but transcending fear as well.

Feelfulness focuses on the intuitive aspects of the experience and creates a stronger mind-body connection where you are encouraged to exercise your observation, imagination, and free will.

Feelfulness is
   1.Affective,
   2.Effective and
   3.Subjective.

With the thought-feeling as deliberate practices the mind unifies with the body and vice versa, and speeds up the development of new automatic habits thru
   1.Pattern recognition,
   2.Pattern utilization, and
   3.Pattern creation.
by Generating States (feeling the thought-feeling of choice at will) as Deliberate Practice.

In a state of flow, the brain begins to downregulate the inner-critic entrained by anxiety producing beta brainwaves and expands the clarity entrained by gamma brainwaves along the intuition entrained by theta brainwaves, clarity which advanced practitioners describe as:
   1. a present-centered attention,
   2. awareness of thought-feelings
   3. acceptance of experience
which are all needed to Generate a State.

In order to experience flow, you must stay away from the distraction, best defined as attention-robbers from your modern fast-paced life, including  turning off your smartphone as well as turning off ruminating self-defeating thoughts.

Experiencing flow in everyday life is very much needed for your well-being, productivity, and creativity.

The experience of flow is described by many as self-actualization because it is very rewarding, and the more you practice generating a state of flow, the more you seek to experience flow, which in turn leads you to a fully engaged and happy life.

Here are 5 characteristics of Flow:
   1. Altered time perception – speeding up or slowing down
   2. Focused concentration and feeling of control
   3. Clarity over goals and the experience experienced
   4. Simultaneous perception of skills (capacities) challenges
   5. Ease, effortless awareness over thought-feelings

Generating a State by entering Flow is much simpler than you think, nothing sophisticated, nor out of the ordinary, quite contrary, but once practiced enough number of times, it will “click,” because it is in the experience that you enter flow and generate a state.

There is a difference between thought-feeling practices and mindfulness and meditation; mindfulness, generally speaking, means being aware of and savoring the present moment without thinking of anything else.

Meditation is a specific practice that helps you grow in mindfulness. Although there are many different forms of meditation, they all involve focusing on the present moment for a given period of time.

Feelfulness means shifting into positive thought-feelings and generating a state of being. Consciously accessing your personal energy (thought-feelings) by keeping your attention on your intention you get to reprogram your pattern recognizers, learn how to utilize new patterns and eventually create whole new patterns that work for you in a way that is good for you without hurting anyone /anything else.

These are excellent entry level thought-feeling practices that provide expert guidance to access your personal resources and energy, by keeping your attention on your intent to assist you in pattern recognition, utilization and creation.

Carmen Sauciuc

Carmen Sauciuc is the creator of FeelFulness® Feel a Feeling by Choice, building on the wonderful work of Dr. Carl Jung: Individuation, Dr. William James: Functionalism, Dr. Milton Erickson: Tailoring & Utilization, and Dr. Martin Seligman: Maximizing Human Potential, Applied Positive Psychology.

Feelfulness® is a practice designed to help you generate specific states of being and develop or modify your traits. It takes the concept of mindfulness to even greater depths by allowing you to become aware of your emotional states and then modify or influence it positively, all made possible by the incredible power of neuroplasticity. Feelfulness® -Feel a Feeling by Choice- employs methods where a feeling /emotion is experienced in anticipation by using unique linguistic elements such as evocators, movers, and descriptors arranged in triplicates, to evoke an experience in which you can cultivate a positive psychological state and develop new or modify existing personality traits.

Carmen Sauciuc is board certified by American Board of Hypnotherapy, International Association of Counselor and Therapists, International Certification Board of Coaches and Hypnotists,  American Board of NeuroLinguistics, trained with the Milton H. Erickson Foundation, is a Contemporary Shaman, a Reiki Master Teacher and designs Thought-Feeling® practices as Feelfulness® techniques for both therapeutic purpose, peak performance and mastery.

Carmen Sauciuc coined the term “Feelfulness®” in 2011. A Mensa member and an international best-selling author Carmen professes “all it takes is willingness”  and by deliberately practicing chosen thought-feelings on a regular basis you experience a significant tangible shift in your State of Being. The verb To Be is an example of a "State" which relates to the State of Being. In other words, if you ARE, then you are in the State of Being.

The masterful self never entertains a feeling which does not contribute to a desired achievable outcome. This is the secret of Mastery!

The sessions work so well. I became (more) full of life, I am also very confident, calm and happy even if I’m tired and have a lot of work to do.  I noticed that I am even more playful.  I play with children and we are happy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
